My morning cuppa is one of the main reasons why I love my morning routine. Waking up to the fresh smell of coffee wafting through my apartment makes me want to pause, sit back and cherish this quiet morning time. My thoughts and I get to have a date with a coffee. During this time I breathe deeply, write three things I am grateful for and set my intention for the day. I wrote this article to remind myself and others to acknowledge all emotions, and process them in a safe way.
