INGREDIENTS
- 2 tablespoon unpasteurised, unfiltered, organic, raw Apple Cider Vinegar - rich in potassium, magnesium and probiotics. I use this brand.
- 1 glass filtered water (warm or hot)
- 1 dash of cayenne pepper - stimulates your body’s circulation and reduces acidity
- 1 dash of cinnamon - improves blood glucose level plus it tastes delicious!
- 1 dash of turmeric - a natural anti-inflammatory superfood that will alkalise your body
- 2 tablespoons freshly ground ginger - a natural anti-inflammatory superfood with calming effects for your digestive system
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice - not only stimulates the liver and pushes out toxins but also alkalises your body
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add all ingredients into warm water and mix it all together.
- Best to drink it warm.
- Food or other drinks should not be consumed until at least 30min later.
